Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about August 06, 2020 (Case No. 2021-00513) and on or about April 14, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01337), And plaintiff-appellant having moved to consolidate the aforesaid appeals, and for an extension of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to the October 2021 Term of this Court. The branch of the motion seeking consolidation of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
