ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On March 7, 2024, petitioner filed the petition seeking to challenge a notice of deficiency for tax year 2021. On April 18, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On May 17, 2024, petitioner filed an Objection to respondent's motion. On June 9, 2024, petitioner filed a Supplement to his objection.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 29, 2024, respondent shall file a Response to petitioner's Objection, as supplemented.
