POLTHAKORN VIBOONVIRIYAWONG, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On October 3, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioner had failed to submit the Court's filing fee of $60.00. The Order informed petitioner that the Court would consider reinstating the case if the filing fee was paid within 30 days from the date of service of the Order. To date, the filing fee remains unpaid, and, consequently, this case remains closed.

On October 16, 2023, the Court received and filed a Ratification of Petition by petitioner.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that at this time the Court will take no further action with respect to the Ratification of Petition by petitioner.

Petitioner is reminded that this case remains closed, but that the Court, on its own motion, will consider reinstating the case if the filing fee is paid on or before November 2, 2023. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee are available on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html.
