DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by VGFC Realty II, LLC, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 25, 2013, and an order of the same court dated June 5, 2013,to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including its obligation to serve and file a note of issue and certificate of readiness, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order entered February 25, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-02744).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the appellant's obligation to serve and file a note of issue and certificate of readiness, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order entered February 25, 2013.
