This is a companion case to the matter entitled "Vermilion Corporation v. Norman Vaughn", No. 6258 on the docket of this court, 356 So.2d 551.

For the reasons assigned therein the judgment of the district court enjoining the defendant from using plaintiff's property without permission is affirmed at appellant's costs.

AFFIRMED.
