On September 27, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties in this case. In order to give petitioner additional time to provide respondent's counsel with documentation to support his claimed deductions at issue in the Notice of Deficiency, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 6, 2023, and supplemented September 15, 2023, is taken under advisement.

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is stricken from the Court's October 2, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before October 27, 2023, provide any documentation that he has to support his claimed deductions to respondent's counsel. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 10, 2023, file with the Court a joint report or separate reports as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
