ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 6, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before September 29, 2023, show cause in writing why respondent's motion to dismiss should not be granted and a decision entered for the amounts and for the year set forth in respondent's motion. Petitioner is advised that should he fail to appear at the calendar call on October 2, 2023, or otherwise respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause, the Court may be inclined to grant respondent's motion and enter a decision against petitioner in accordance with that motion.
