The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its order denying mandamus and to issue an order directing respondent Superior Court of Orange County to show cause why the relief sought in the petition should not be granted. Pending further order of the Court of Appeal, further proceedings in the Orange County Superior Court, entitled SG Homecare, Inc. v. Verio Healthcare, Inc., 30-2015-00819810-CU-CO-CJC, are hereby stayed.
