This is an appeal from the summary denial of Vereen's Rule 3.850 motion. We reverse with directions to the trial court to attach those portions of the record refuting the allegations in grounds 1-3 of the motion or, alternatively, to conduct an evidentiary hearing.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
