On September 3, 2020, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Tax Year 2013. Pursuant to the opinion of the Court, 157 T.C. No. 6, filed August 23, 2021, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Tax Year 2013 filed September 3, 2020, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by October 15, 2021. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
