On October 30, 2023, Erika A Kellerhals filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel in this case and the consolidated case at Docket No. 991-06. The Court's Order issued November 1, 2023, directed the petitioners in the consolidated cases (Docket No. 990-06 and Docket No. 991-06) to file a response or objection to Ms. Kellerhals' Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. On October 31, 2023, Joseph M. Erwin filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel at Docket No. 990-06, requesting to withdraw as counsel for petitioner Richard G. Vento. On November 2, 2023, Joseph M. Erwin filed a Response to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel at Docket No. 991-06. In that response, Mr. Erwin stated, among other things, that there is no objection to Ms. Kellerhals' Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that on or before November 22, 2023, petitioner Richard G. Vento shall file a response or objection to Mr. Erwin's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. If petitioner fails to respond to this Order, the Court will grant the Motions to Withdraw as Counsel filed by Ms. Kellerhals and Mr. Erwin. It is further
ORDERED that in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order and the Order issued November 1, 2023, on petitioner Richard G. Vento at the address in Mr. Erwin's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
