Before the due date, the parties filed a joint motion to abate this appeal. The parties' motion states the parties have agreed to mediate the issues in this appeal within the next ninety days. The motion asks this court to abate the appeal and suspend all appellate deadlines for the parties to settle their disputes.
We grant the joint motion, and we abate this appeal. We order Appellant to file (1) a motion to reinstate or (2) a joint motion to dismiss this appeal within ninety days of the date of this order.
All other appellate deadlines are suspended pending further order of this court.
