Upon consideration, appellants' “motion requesting court to cancel order of dismiss the case and requesting for evidenciary argument hearing” is hereby denied.

ORDERED that appellee's motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed.
