ORDER
The Court has before it the Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice of United Heritage Mutual Life Insurance Company (Docket No. 106). The Court having verified that the settlement funds paid in settlement of the above-entitled action have been deposited with the Clerk of the Court and good cause appearing therefore;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice of United Heritage Mutual Life Insurance Company (Docket No. 106) is APPROVED. United Heritage Mutual Life Insurance Company is hereby DISMISSED from this action, with prejudice, all parties to bear their own costs and attorneys' fees.
