647 So. 2d 1076 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 93-2835.

January 4, 1995.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Philip Cook, Judge.

Moises Kaba III and Lillian L. Hernandez and Adis L. Riveron, for appellants.

M.A. Martin Associates and Emilio G. Chavez, for appellee.

Before COPE, LEVY and GODERICH, JJ.

Vazquez International, Inc. and Jose Vazquez Gonzalez appeal an adverse final judgment after bench trial. We conclude that the trial court judgment is supported by substantial competent evidence and the applicable law. Under the circumstances of this case, we conclude that the final judgment was properly entered against both appellants. See Mannish v. Lacayo, 496 So.2d 242 (Fla. 3d DCA 1986); Nessim v. DeLoache, 384 So.2d 1341 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980).

Affirmed.
