Action to recover damages for personal injuries. Order granting defendant's motion for reargument, and on reargument denying plaintiff's motion to be relieved of a stipulation of discontinuance, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
