Appeal, No. 17, Jan. T., 1970, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, No. 3278 of 1969, in re objections to nomination petition of Adelaide B. James as a Republican candidate for district justice of the peace of Tinicum and Folcroft Boroughs. Order affirmed.

Proceedings upon petition to set aside nominating petition of candidate for district justice of the peace. Before CATANIA, J.
