ORDER
A status conference was held on March 3, 2004. Plaintiff EyVonne J. Vargas appeared; defendants were represented.
Plaintiff reported that Mr. Tyson has not yet determined whether or not to enter an appearance in this case on behalf of plaintiffs. Although the Court intends to offer some flexibility to plaintiffs in this regard, the Court is also mindful that the case is scheduled for final pretrial conference and trial in October and November 2004.
It is therefore ORDERED that plaintiffs will be deposed on March 30 and 31, 2004. By April 7, 2004, defendant Child Development Center will propose terms for the psychiatric evaluation of plaintiff EyVonne J. Vargas.
All discovery must be completed by July 1, 2004.
Motions for summary judgment may be filed no later than July 15, 2004.
