ORDER

Plaintiffs' counsel has filed a motion for leave to withdraw, indicating that plaintiffs have failed to cooperate with the prosecution of this case. (Doc. #43). In response to the Court's December 2, 2003 order to show cause why the case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution, plaintiff EyVonne J. Vargas sent a letter to the Court indicating that she and the other plaintiffs intend to pursue the litigation and that she is attempting to retain substitute counsel.

The motion for leave to withdraw as plaintiffs' counsel (Doc. #43) is GRANTED. The Clerk shall modify the docket to note that plaintiffs are currently pro se.

A status conference will be held in approximately thirty (30) days. If plaintiffs do not have counsel at that point, they must appear personally. Their failure to do so will result in the dismissal of their claims.
