On November 30, 2022, deputy court reporter Vearneas W. Faggett filed the record of the hearing on plaintiff's motion to reconsider. The record, however, was filed prematurely, and by letter filed December 6, 2022, official court reporter Brooke Wagner asks that we strike the record. Ms. Wagner explains a copy of the record Ms. Faggett prepared has been included in the record she has filed as the official reporter contemporaneously with the letter.
We GRANT the request and STRIKE the November 30th record. The deadline for the filing of appellants' brief on the merits is RESET to January 9, 2023.
