On June 6, 2023, Amy Hinds submitted a third notice of late record, noting 1) that two portions of the record were with her scopist who was out sick and 2) that Ms. Hinds is currently assigned to a murder trial. This court extends the due date for the reporter's record until June 30, 2023. If more time is needed beyond that date, we order that Ms. Hinds submit an additional status report and include an estimate of time for the record's completion.
