ORDER

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Cleveland, Ohio trial session, scheduled to begin October 2, 2023.

On September 1, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance in this case and indicated that petitioner Joanne Salvi Vanover had no objection to the motion. Intervenor Michael D. Vanover filed his objection to the motion for continuance.

The Court held a conference call with the parties on September 26, 2023. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. The parties are excused from appearing at the call of the calendar on October 2, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 26, 2023, the parties shall file a status report appraising the Court of any settlement negotiations and if any progress has been made towards resolving this case.
