Apr 30, 1982
413 So. 2d 173 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. 82-99.

April 30, 1982.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari to Circuit Court, Pinellas County; Allen C. Anderson, Judge.

Edwin J. Bradley of Lloyd, Henniger Bradley, P.A., St. Petersburg, for petitioners.

Thomas Saieva of Woodworth and Saieva, P.A., St. Petersburg, for respondents.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari is denied. Our denial, however, is without prejudice to petitioners' seeking a protective order in the trial court in respect to disclosure of medical information relating to members of petitioners' family who are not parties to this litigation.

OTT and SCHOONOVER, JJ., concur.
