AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 117.2collision with parked car, sufficiency of evidence. Where plaintiff's automobile was parked at the curb at night without lights, and defendant collided with same while traveling at a speed of 30 to 40 miles per hour, the street being poorly lighted at such point, finding of trial court against plaintiff and against defendant on his counterclaim was not contrary to manifest weight of the evidence.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Winnebago county; Hon. ARTHUR E. FISHER, presiding. Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1939; opinion filed January 25, 1940.
