On September 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On October 6, 2022, petitioner filed an Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, and on July 10, 2023, respondent filed a Response to Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On August 4, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is assigned to Judge Travis A. Greaves solely to dispose of the above-referenced Motions.
