ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge.

On July 26, 2021, Petitioner filed with the Court Petitioner's Status Report. On July 27, 2021, respondent filed with the Court Respondent's Status Report. Each report indicates that Petitioner's counsel is reviewing the computations that Respondent provided which reflect a basis of settlement for the case. Petitioner's counsel requested an additional sixty (60) days to review the IRS's computations for accuracy and submit any adjustments for Respondent's consideration. Respondent has no objection to this request.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2021, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
