On November 29, 2021, the parties in this case filed with the Court a joint Status Report which indicates that the parties are working together and have a preliminary basis for settling the case. The parties requested sixty (60) days to review the IRS's computations for accuracy.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 28, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
