ORDER GRANTING REHEARING, WITHDRAWING OPINION, AND SUBMITTING APPEAL FOR DECISION ON REHEARING
On November 9, 2006, this court issued an opinion in this appeal.Valdez v. Employers Ins. Co. of Nev., 122 Nev.___, 146 P.3d 250 (2006). Appellant timely petitioned for rehearing, and this court subsequently directed respondent to file an answer to the petition.
Cause appearing, we grant appellant's petition for rehearing.See NRAP 40. We direct the clerk of this court to withdraw our prior opinion in this matter from publication. Further, the clerk shall resubmit this matter for decision without further argument.
