This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, the trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On September 1, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report in which they indicated that they have reached a basis for settlement and are working together to finalize a resolution in this case. The parties request that the Court order a joint status report to be filed in 90 days. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the present status of this case.
