On November 4, 2021, R. Todd Luoma filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel. Also on November 4, 2021, Betty J. Williams filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before December 23, 2021, file an objection, if any, to the just-referenced motions to withdraw. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the just-referenced motions to withdraw or other appropriate action by this Court.
