An appeal and a cross-appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 01, 2023,
And plaintiffs-appellants-respondents having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect their appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion, deemed a motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal, reinstating the aforesaid appeal, and extending the time in which to perfect same to the September 2024 Term of this Court; sua sponte, the time for defendants-respondents-appellants to perfect their cross-appeal is similarly extended to the September 2024 Term of this Court.
