Edward E. Moore, Kansas City, Co-counsel for Respondent.

Kelley Gilmore, for Appellant.

Before Division Three: Victor C. Howard, Presiding Judge, Cynthia L. Martin, Judge and Gary D. Witt, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Father appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court terminating his parental rights to his two sons. He complains on appeal that the trial court erred in finding grounds for termination of parental rights as well as finding that such termination was in his sons' best interests. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
