PER CURIAM
Appellants, Raymond Boytim, Hugh Duncan, Walter Schwimmer, the Edward J. Goodman Life Income Trust and the Edward J. Goodman Generation Skipping Trust, Jeffrey Whalen, and Howard Weissberg filed their notice of appeal on October 31, 2017. The reporter's record was due on November 10, 2017. On November 15, 2017, this Court sent court reporter Ms. LaSonya Thomas notice that the reporter's record was overdue and asked her to send this Court a written explanation for the delay and an estimate of when the record would be complete. We requested that a response be filed no later than November 27, 2017. Ms. Thomas responded on December 1, 2017, that she had not received payment for the record. On December 1, 2017, this Court sent notice to appellants informing them that arrangements for payment had not been made and requesting that they notify us that payment arrangements had been made or otherwise respond to the notice by December 11, 2017. Appellants filed their response on January 3, 2018, stating payment arrangements were being made. Ms. Thomas informed us on January 4, 2018, that the record would be filed by January 8, 2018. To date, Ms. Thomas has not tendered the record.
We therefore order Ms. Thomas to file the reporter's record in this cause no later than February 5, 2018. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(a). Failure to file the record will result in Ms. Thomas being called before the Court to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of this order.
