ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated June 30, 2021, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the appellant Town of Smithtown's time to serve and file the joint record or appendix and brief in the above-entitled matter the date "August 30, 2021," and substituting therefor the date "September 24, 2021."
