TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
Based on the Complaint and affidavit of Richard W. Perkins, Council to the Utah Carpenters and Cement Masons Health and Welfare Fund it is HEREBY ORDERED:
That CompuSys of Utah, Inc. ("CompSys") as administrator of the Utah Carpenters and Cement Masons Health and Welfare Fund ("Fund') take no action to cancel the Bank Hours of participants in the Fund who would otherwise be entitled to participate in the Fund except for the fact that such participants contributions are being paid by Okland Construction Company or New Star General Contractors in accordance with an agreement signed by them with the Utah Carpenters Association.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that CompuSys as adminstrator of the Fund accept the contributions made by Okland and New Star on behalf of the participants identified above and treat such participants the same as other Fund participants disregarding the challenged status of the the Utah Carpenters Association until further order of this Court. This order expires on the 7th day of June, 2004.
