Opinion

CASE NO.: 3D19-0520

03-20-2019

John USSERY, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. WELLS FARGO BANK, et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s)

Upon consideration, the petition for writ of certiorari is hereby dismissed. The order under review is not in final form because it does not enter judgment, therefore there is no showing of irreparable harm needed to support certiorari because an appeal lies once the order is put into final form.

FERNANDEZ, LOGUE and MILLER, JJ., concur.
