ORDER TO DEFENDANT REGARDING HEARING

This case is before the Court upon review of the docket after referral from Judge Rice (Doc. No. 54).

The Court notes that Defendant has requested a hearing (Doc. Nos. 51 52), but has never filed a claim for exemption of any of the garnished property from execution. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to furnish the Defendant with an additional copy of the exemption claim form which Defendant shall complete and file not later than March 1, 2006. Promptly after the Defendant files the form, the Court will schedule a hearing on the garnishment. Given that Defendant is incarcerated, the hearing will be held by telephone.
