ORDER


This matter came before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Set a Reporting Date. Defendant, Chad Wickline, moves this Court to set a reporting date after April 30, 2009 and to direct the Bureau of Prison to house the Defendant at the Satellite Camp at FCI Lompoc in Lompoc, California. The Defendant is currently scheduled to report on April 24, 2009 and is scheduled to serve his term of incarceration at the Ashland, Kentucky, Bureau of Prison Facility. The Government does not oppose Defendant's Motion. For the reasons stated in the Defendant's motion, the Court finds his arguments well taken and GRANTS Defendant's Motion.

The Defendant's report date will be May 7, 2009. The Court DIRECTS the Bureau of Prisons to house the Defendant at it's Satellite Camp at FCI Lompoc in Lompoc, California. Should the Bureau of Prisons be unable to comply with this Court's Order, the Bureau of Prison's is to house Defendant at its facility nearest Lompoc with the comparable level of security as Lompoc.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
