1. Defendant's Motion to Suppress Fruits of Unlawful Arrest and Search and Seizure (Doc. No. 18) is DENIED AS MOOT; and
2. Defendant's Motion to Suppress Statements (Doc. No. 19) is DENIED AS MOOT.
