ORDER
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on defendant's Motion to Review Detention and Request for Hearing, filing 23. The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that said Motion should be granted in part.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Pretrial Services shall conduct an investigation as to the suitability of Defendants proposed release plan to reside at the home of Mr. Mrs. Childs and submit in writing a report to the undersigned and defense counsel.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be made available to case participants only.
