THIS MATTER came before the Court upon Defendant's Motion for a List of Government Witnesses for Suppression Hearing.

After reviewing the Motion and for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Government shall provide to Defendant's Counsel a list of witnesses that the Government intends to call as witnesses at the suppression hearing scheduled in this matter June 11, 2004.

2. The witness list shall be provided no later than June 2, 2004, at 3:00 pm.
