ORDER


Defendant has filed a Motion to Withdraw and to Appoint Counsel to Represent Defendant on Appeal. Upon review, the Court finds that this motion is improperly filed and is therefore DENIED. Defendant is instructed to file his motion with the Tenth Circuit.
