United States District Court, D. Idaho
Aug 29, 2002
Case No. CR-01-131-E-BLW (D. Idaho Aug. 29, 2002)

Opinion

Case No. CR-01-131-E-BLW

August 29, 2002

Order

Before the court is the Defendant's motion for continuance. The sentencing is presently scheduled for August 29, 2002. The Defendant requests the continuance because the defense needs additional time to receive a report regarding drug amounts from an essential chemical. The government does not object to the continuance.

The court finds, after a consideration of all relevant information and the circumstances of this case, that the ends of justice would be best served by the granting of the motion for continuance. For these reasons, the court finds that the Defendant's motion for continuance should be GRANTED. The sentencing hearing shall be

RESCHEDULED to 10:00 AM on October 15, 2002 in Pocatello, Idaho.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
