ORDER: DEFENDANT HELD TO ANSWER


This case came on for hearing on Monday, March 13, 2006, having been referred to the undersigned to conduct the initial hearing on the Petition for Action on Conditions of Pretrial Release. On March 9, 2006, Judge Rose ordered the Defendant arrested on the Petition.

Defendant appeared for hearing represented by her counsel, Jon Paul Rion, and denied the allegations made in the Petition. Accordingly, Defendant is ordered held without bond to answer the Petition before Judge Rose.
