ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY


The United States' Motion to Compel Discovery Responses was referred to the undersigned magistrate judge for hearing and determination. The parties appeared, by counsel, for hearing on May 24, 2005. Having reviewed plaintiff's motion, together with defendant's response and plaintiff's reply, and having heard the arguments of counsel, I find that the motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the United States' Motion to Compel Discovery Responses is granted. Defendant is ordered to produce all documents in its possession, custody or control, which are responsive to the United States' Request for Production of Documents.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant serve answers to plaintiff's outstanding interrogatories. The production and responses shall be provided to counsel for plaintiff within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order.
