ORDER


THIS MATTER comes before the Court on defendant's Motion to permit Ms. Soukup to be released from Marshal's custody and to become involved with long-term inpatient treatment at the Well Link in Norfolk, NE. The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that said Motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Ms. Soukup shall be released from Marshal's custody on Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at 8:00 a.m. She is, thereafter, to be transported from Marshal's custody directly to the Well Link located in Norfolk, NE, by her father, Glen Soukup. Ms. Soukup is further ordered to comply with all rules and policies of the Well Link and, upon any unsuccessful discharge from said program, to report immediately to the United States Marshals office in Lincoln, NE. All other conditions of Ms. Soukup's supervised release which are not inconsistent with this order shall remain in full force and effect.
