United States District Court, S.D. Ohio, Eastern Division
Mar 10, 2006
Magistrate No. 2:06-MJ-047 (S.D. Ohio Mar. 10, 2006)

Opinion

Magistrate No. 2:06-MJ-047.

March 10, 2006

ORDER

A revocation hearing was held pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3148(b) on March 10, 2006. Defendant was present with counsel.

There is probable cause to believe that, while released on bond in this case, defendant committed another criminal offense. See United States v. Shepard, M-2-06-73. Under these circumstances, the Court concludes that the standards of § 3148(b)(1)(A) and (2)(A), (B) have been met and that revocation of defendant's pretrial release is warranted.

Defendant is ORDERED DETAINED in the custody of the United States Marshal pending resolution of this case.
