BIND-OVER ORDER


This case came on for Preliminary Examination and Detention Hearing on Friday, March 17, 2006. Defendant, present with attorney, Jon Paul Rion, waived his right to preliminary examination in open Court. The Court finds the waiver knowing, intelligent, and voluntary. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Defendant be bound over to the Grand Jury to answer the charges made in the Complaint.

Based upon the report of the Pretrial Services Officer, and upon motion of the Government, the Pretrial Detention Motion is withdrawn. Bond is set by separate Order Setting Conditions of Release.
