This case is before the court on "Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice for Mark J. Hulkower" (doc. 508). The court GRANTS the motion but finds the payment of the pro hac vice fee unnecessary due to the unique circumstances in this case. The clerk of the court is DIRECTED to refund the pro hac vice fee.
