ORDER


The case is before this Court on the Motion of Defendant to Return His Passport (Doc. 28). The Defendant has been on probation since January 31, 2009, was previously permitted to travel outside of the country prior to his plea, and now requests his passport so that he may travel on a personal cruise with his wife. The Government has no opposition to this motion. The motion accordingly is GRANTED and the Clerk of Courts is ordered to return the Defendant's passport to him.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
